All contracts IPART enters into with the private sector valued over $150,000 are required to be recorded in the register of government contracts, which is published on the Government tender's website.

Class 3 contracts

The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPAA) requires IPART to publish a copy of all ‘Class 3’ contract on our website.

A Class 3 contract is if the estimated value of a government contract is $5 million or more and that meets a set of defined conditions.
