IPART has completed a review of the WaterNSW (State Water and Sydney Catchment Authority) operating licences to establish a new operating licence for WaterNSW.
The WaterNSW Operating Licence 2017-2022 has been approved by the Governor and is effective from 1 July 2017.
The draft operating licence outlines the proposed terms and conditions that we may recommend to the Minister for Regional Water to be included in the new Water NSW operating licence.
