Our Issues Paper on the Review of WaterNSW’s operating licences is based on the state of regulatory instruments at the time of release of the paper. In particular, the 2013-2018 State Water Corporation operating licence and the 2012-2017 Sydney Catchment Authority operating licence which we understand may be amended during the consultation period of the Issues Paper. These regulatory instruments are managed by other regulatory entities.
Below we have included the relevant regulatory instruments that the Issues Paper has been based on. In submissions to the Issues Paper, stakeholders are welcome to provide comment on any changes to these particular instruments.
