IPART engaged the consultancy firm Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA) to review options to introduce efficiency carryover mechanisms for urban water utilities in NSW.
Under the current regulatory framework, IPART has produced a draft Electricity Network Reporting Manual. Feedback on the draft reporting manual closed 15 April 2016.
