The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of New South Wales (IPART) has completed the audit of Hunter Water Corporation’s (Hunter Water) compliance with the requirements of its 2007 to 2012 operating licence (the licence).
The draft reporting manual outlines Hunter Water’s reporting requirements under the draft operating licence. It is a condition of the draft licence that Hunter Water must comply with the reporting obligations set out in the reporting manual.
