IPART held a Public Hearing in July to seek stakeholder feedback on the proposed recommendations in our draft report. A summary of the discussion is now available. We heard stakeholder views on topics such as:
- our approach to primary user fees
- whether co-user fees should continue
- fees for small cell technology communication sites.
Thank you to everyone who attended our Public Hearing and provided feedback to the Tribunal. We will consider all views before we present our final report to the Minister in September.
