The draft infrastructure benchmark report outlines our draft benchmark costs for local infrastructure. The draft report includes aggregate benchmarks for stormwater, transport and open space. We are considering using aggregate benchmarks to assess reasonable costs and we are seeking feedback on our updated benchmarks for individual items and aggregate benchmarks for stormwater, transport and open space.
