The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) is conducting a review of the water and sewerage price structures for the four metropolitan water agencies namely: Sydney Water Corporation, Hunter Water Corporation, Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council IPART has released a discussion paper and has received submissions from a number of stakeholders. IPART will hold a public hearing in Sydney on Monday 29 August 2011 commencing at 9.00 am.
