Issues Paper - Review of prices for water, wastewater and stormwater services for Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council - From 1 July 2009 (Version Including Erratum)

In this review IPART will determine Gosford City Council’s and Wyong Shire Council’s charges for the provision of water, wastewater, stormwater, trade waste and other ancillary and miscellaneous services to apply from 1 July 2009. In doing so, IPART will examine the Councils’ water, wastewater and stormwater functions, regulatory requirements and the appropriate level of revenue needed to support these activities in an efficient and effective manner.
