In this review IPART has determined Gosford City Council’s and Wyong Shire Council’s charges for the provision of water, wastewater, stormwater, trade waste and other ancillary and miscellaneous services to apply from 1 July 2009. In doing so, IPART has examined the Councils’ water, wastewater and stormwater functions, regulatory requirements and the appropriate level of revenue needed to support these activities in an efficient and effective manner.
