The Tribunal is conducting a review under Section 9(1)(b) of its Act to assist the Minister for Water Utilities in reviewing the DEUS Developer Charges Guidelines for Water Supply, Sewerage and Stormwater. These guidelines were developed by DEUS and apply to Local Water Authorities in NSW. The Tribunal would like to invite submissions to this review. To assist stakeholders in making submissions the Tribunal has prepared an Issues Paper that identifies key issues for comment. Details of how to make submissions can be found in the Issues Paper or on the Tribunal’s website (Click on ‘Water’ and then ‘Submissions’). Submissions are required by Friday 11 May 2007.
