The Tribunal is conducting a review under Section 9(1)(b) of its Act to assist the Minister for Water Utilities in reviewing the DEUS Developer Charges Guidelines for Water Supply, Sewerage and Stormwater. These guidelines were developed by DEUS and apply to Local Water Authorities in NSW. The Premier has written to the Tribunal providing Terms of Reference for the review. These terms of reference require the Tribunal to provide recommendations for any improvements to the guidelines and report to the Minister by 30 September 2007.
