Sydney Water

We are currently reviewing the maximum prices that Sydney Water can charge customers to provide water, wastewater, stormwater, and other services. The prices we set in this review will apply from 1 October 2025 to 30 June 2030. You can find more information on our review webpage.

We last set these prices from 1 July 2020. You can find prices in our Final Report or Determination.

We also completed a review of wholesale prices in June 2017.

The current operating licence commenced on 1 July 2024 and expires on 30 June 2028.

The licence includes a customer contract and is supported by a reporting manual.
