The application seeks to vary the existing licence to include an extension to the recycled water service area and provide additional recycled water end uses. Flow Systems Operations Pty Ltd has also applied to vary its network operator’s licence for the Box Hill North Scheme (number 16_037).

We assess each application against the criteria outlined in section 10(4) of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (WIC Act) to determine if the Minister should grant a licence variation.
The submission period was open from 24 October to 21 November 2019 (inclusive).
We will consider stakeholder feedback and make a recommendation to the Minister on whether to grant the licence variation. Our recommendation will include proposed licence conditions.
