The Minister has approved Flow Systems Operations Pty Ltd’s application to vary its network operator’s licence (number 16_037). The variation includes additional non-potable water end uses and expansion in non-potable water area of operations. The Minister has also approved the corresponding retail supplier’s licence for the Box Hill North scheme held by Flow Systems Pty Ltd (number 13_001R).

We assess each application against the criteria outlined in section 10(4) of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (WIC Act) to determine if the Minister should grant a licence variation.
The submission period was open from 24 October to 21 November 2019 (inclusive).
Under the WIC Act IPART has a role to monitor and report on licensees’ compliance with conditions of their Licences.
