Catherine Hill Bay - Application for a network operator’s licence variation 2018 - Withdrawn

On 5 April 2019, Catherine Hill Bay Water Utility withdrew its application to vary its existing network operator’s licence under the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (WIC Act) for the Catherine Hill Bay scheme.

IPART had not made a recommendation to the Minister in relation to the application. IPART will not undertake any further assessment in relation to the Catherine Hill Bay application.
