Total feedback submissions
The scheme is located in the Green Square Town Centre, Gunyama Park and Aquatic Recreation Centre and the remaining proposed area of operations within the City of Sydney council local government area.
We assess each application against the criteria outlined in section 10(4) of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (WIC Act) to determine if the Minister should grant a licence variation.
The submission period was open from 5 November 2019 to 3 December 2019 (inclusive).
We have considered stakeholder feedback and have made recommendation to the Minister on whether to grant the licence variation. Our recommendation included proposed licence conditions.
