The Green Square Town Centre, Gunyama Park and Recreation Centre and the remaining proposed area of operations is within the City of City Council Local Government Area.
We assess each application against the criteria outlined in section 10(4) of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (WIC Act) to determine if the Minister should grant a licence variation.
The public consultation period was from 5 November to 3 December 2019, inclusive.
We have considered feedback from stakeholders and have made a recommendation to the Minister on whether to grant a variation to the network operator’s licence and its conditions.
