Flow Systems Operations was granted a network operator’s licence (Licence Number 17_042) on 13 October 2017 to construct, operate and maintain drinking water, non-potable water and sewerage infrastructure for a development at Shepherds Bay.
On 1 November 2017, the Minister approved the commencement of commercial operation of the drinking water and sewerage reticulation networks.
The licence variation was granted by the Minister on 17 June 2020.
The scheme is located at Meadowbank in the City of Ryde Council local government area.
We assessed the application against the criteria outlined in section 10(4) of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (WIC Act). We provided a report to the Minister on 30 March 2020. The Minister granted the network operator’s licence on 17 June 2020.
The submission period is open from 24 October to 21 November 2019 (inclusive).
The Licensee must obtain the Minister’s approval each time that new infrastructure is ready for commercial operation. New infrastructure excludes infrastructure that is substantially the same as approved infrastructure.
