Central Park Water Pty Ltd has revised its application to vary its network operator’s licence (number 12_022). The revised variation seeks to expand its licensed area of operations to only include Jones St in Chippendale. It also seeks to add new end uses for recycled water.
We seek feedback from stakeholders on the licence variation application.
The Central Park development and Jones Street are located in Chippendale, in the City of Sydney Council local government area.
We assess each application against the criteria outlined in section 10(4) of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (WIC Act) to determine if the Minister should grant a licence variation.
The extended submission period is open from 2 October to 16 October 2018 (inclusive).
We will consider stakeholder feedback and make a recommendation to the Minister on whether to grant the variation. Our recommendation will include proposed licence conditions.
