Altogether Central Park Pty Ltd (previously Central Park Water Pty Ltd) has approval under a network operator’s licence (licence number 12_022) to operate potable water, non-potable water and sewerage infrastructure for the scheme. 

The Central Park scheme is in the Sydney CBD. 

To construct operate and maintain potable water, non-potable water and sewerage infrastructure for the scheme, Altogether Central Park Pty Ltd requires a Network Operator’s licence under the WIC Act. 

Altogether Central Park Pty Ltd supplies recycled water from its treatment plan in the basement of 1 Central Park to the Central Park Precinct. It produces recycled water from sewage collected from the development which it provides sewerage services to. Altogether Central Park Pty Ltd also provides drinking water to the residents of the Central Park precinct which is sourced from Sydney Water’s network. 

Retail supply services for the scheme are provided by Altogether Group Pty Ltd (previously Flow Systems Pty Ltd) under a retail supplier’s licence (licence number 13_001R) 

The licence was granted in January 2013 with commercial operation commencing in January 2014. The Minister varied Altogether Central Park Pty Ltd’s licence on 2 January 2019 following our 5-year review.

Under the WIC Act IPART has a role to monitor and report on licensees’ compliance with conditions of their licences. We report to the Minister annually on the compliance of licensees on or before 31 October each year.
