On 13 May 2009, Telstra wrote to IPART seeking clarification on an aspect of IPART's review of rental arrangements fro Crown land communication tower sites. IPART has provided Telstra with a letter clarifying its recommendation to the NSW Government on the rental fees which should apply to sites in the medium density category.
