In July 2004, the Premier asked the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (IPART) to review and report on rental arrangements for Crown land communication tower sites.
IPART has finalised its review and provided recommendations to the relevant Ministers. The final report sets out IPART's final recommendations.
