Final Decision approving Central Ranges Pipeline Gas Network's revised access arrangement and access arrangement information (submitted 18 November 2005) and final report setting out the Tribunal's reasons and considerations. The access arrangement will commence when the distribution network is capable of providing a reference service to at least one customer.
