The draft operating licence outlines the proposed terms and conditions that we may recommend to the Minister to be included in Hunter Water’s new operating licence.

IPART undertakes annual audits of Sydney Water Corporation, Hunter Water Corporation, Sydney Catchment Authority and State Water Corporation. IPART is seeking submissions from interested parties on any matter related to these operations.
