The Ashbourne scheme services a new residential development in Moss Vale, within the Wingecarribee Shire Council local government area. The scheme provides sewerage services to the Ashbourne development. It is a temporary measure until the Moss Vale Sewage Treatment Plant’s capacity is expanded. Treated effluent from the interim wastewater treatment plant is dispersed via irrigation to a designated irrigation area.
