The PWU Audit Guideline sets out our process and explains our expectations for auditing the Public Water Utilities’ (PWU) compliance with their operating licences. The PWUs include Hunter Water, Sydney Water and WaterNSW.
Complementing the Audit Guideline, we have prepared a fact sheet which sets out the audit criteria for auditing the adequacy and implementation of PWUs’ water quality management systems.
