Public Hearing - Competitive neutrality review - 13 February 2023

On 13 February 2023, IPART held a public hearing for our review of NSW's competitive neutrality policies and processes. Stakeholders discussed and asked questions about IPART’s draft recommendations on:

1. the structure and scope of the policies;
2. obligations and the public interest test;
3. the complaints process; and
4. governance and transparency.
