WILMA is a web-based portal operated by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (IPART/us). It stores and displays compliance data about holders of approvals and licences under the Water industry Competition Act 2006 (WICA). It collects, contains and communicates information including audit data, notifications, incident reports and compliance actions submitted by auditors and holders of approvals and licences, and is a portal for communication between IPART and those stakeholders.
