The Premier has provided IPART a draft Terms of Reference to investigate and report on the cost and pricing of out-of-home care provided in NSW.
We are seeking your feedback, via submissions, on these draft Terms of Reference to ensure our review has an appropriate scope. Submissions will close on Friday, 8 March 2024.
We may recommend changes to the Terms of Reference based on the feedback we receive.
There will be other opportunities to participate in the review throughout the year including through meetings, submissions, and public hearings. At this stage, we are only seeking feedback on the draft Terms of Reference.
