IPART has been asked by the Minister for Customer Service to evaluate the scope and effectiveness of the NSW competitive neutrality policies and processes. We are seeking feedback on our draft Terms of Reference to ensure that our review has an appropriate focus. Submissions will close on 17 December 2021. We may recommend the Minister make changes to the Terms of Reference as a result of the feedback we receive.
