IPART is investigating a pricing regulatory framework for interoperable electronic conveyancing transactions between Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs). We have published our draft terms of reference and are seeking feedback on them. We may recommend the Minister make changes to the terms of reference as a result of the feedback we receive.
