The reporting manual outlines Sydney Water’s reporting requirements under the 2019-2024 operating licence. It is a condition of the operating licence that Sydney Water must comply with the reporting obligations set out in the reporting manual.
This reporting manual refers to the 2019-2023 operating licence which was previously scheduled to expire on 29 November 2023. The operating licence has now been extended until 30 June 2024. Any reference in the reporting manual to the 2019-2023 operating licence should be read as a reference to the 2019-2024 operating licence.
