We are seeking feedback on potential changes to the Water NSW Operating Licence 2022–2024.
The current operating licence sets the terms under which WaterNSW must provide services across its area of operations (i.e. NSW). It also sets performance standards that WaterNSW must comply with.
Details about the review are included in the Issues Paper. We invite public and stakeholder comment on these before 13 October 2023. WaterNSW’s submission is due earlier, by 29 September 2023, to allow other stakeholders time to consider WaterNSW’s views when preparing their submissions.
