The NSW Government has authorised IPART to design a levy to recover Dams Safety NSW’s efficient costs. Dams Safety NSW is an independent regulator responsible for ensuring that dam owners manage the safety of ‘declared dams’ in NSW.
Our Issues Paper sets out our proposed approach to designing this levy and we are seeking views from all interested stakeholders to help us make it as fair and efficient as possible.
