We are undertaking an end-of term review of the 2022-2024 Water NSW Operating Licence which will inform our recommendations to the Minister for Water for a new operating licence to commence on 1 July 2024.
This Information Paper summarises our preliminary positions for key areas on how the operating licence could be improved. We have published an Issues Paper and seek your feedback to develop our draft recommendations for the new operating licence.
