This report sets out our recommendations to the Minister for Energy for the ACEREZ Partnership application for a transmission operator’s licence. We have recommended that ACEREZ Partnership be granted a licence with conditions that will ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Central-West Orana Transmission System.
