This Draft Report sets out our draft decisions in detail for our review of the maximum prices SDP can charge for its water supply and security services from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2027 (the 2023 determination period). Alongside this Draft Report, is the Draft Methodology Paper which details the Energy Adjustment Mechanism (EAM) and Efficiency Carryover Mechanism (ECM) that will apply over the 2023 determination period.
We are seeking feedback on our draft decisions before finalising our review in June 2023. Submissions on the draft report close on 12 May 2023.
