Blacktown City Council (council) proposed a total cost of around $75.9 million for the priority stormwater basins referred to IPART in the Terms of Reference.
Overview of our draft findings
The scope of this targeted assessment is limited to considering the reasonableness of the council’s costs for the priority stormwater detention basins and associated soil disposal costs.
Our draft findings are that the council’s proposed costs are reasonable, and should be updated in line with inflation.
