Our Draft Report outlines our key draft decisions on the rate peg methodology and other matters for further consideration.
In preparing our Draft Report, we engaged consultants, ORIMA Research and The Centre for International Economics (The CIE).
ORIMA Research conducted a survey of residential and business ratepayers and conducted 5 focus groups with ratepayers across the State. The reports on the survey and focus groups are found here:

The CIE provided advice on local government labour costs and the treatment of external costs in our rate peg methodology.
