What has the council proposed?
Camden Council proposes to levy a total of around $445 million in developer contributions to provide the local infrastructure needed to service the precinct.
Overview of our findings
We found that most of the infrastructure costs in the plan are essential and reasonable.
Our draft recommendations
We have made draft recommendations on some areas of the plan that require minor changes. These changes will ensure that all costs in the plan are reasonable and necessary to service demand from the new development.
