The discussion paper discusses our proposed refinements to our contributions plans assessment approach to make sure it’s as efficient and effective as possible. The paper also discusses our approach to updating the local infrastructure benchmark costs. We sought feedback on what IPART could do to improve the contribution plan assessment process and our draft infrastructure benchmarks.
