This Draft Handbook guides water businesses in preparing their proposals and managing ongoing performance under our 3Cs framework, by setting out our expectations of businesses and outlining our regulatory processes. Alongside this Handbook, is a draft Information return for metropolitan water businesses. It reflects the changes of how information will be collected under the 3Cs framework. We will be consulting with the sector on both the Handbook and the Information Return and welcome feedback from stakeholders.
