IPART has been asked by the Minister for Customer Service to evaluate the scope and effectiveness of the NSW competitive neutrality policies and processes. To ensure our review has an appropriate focus, we sought and considered public feedback on a draft Terms of Reference. The Minister has now finalised the Terms of Reference and our review has commenced.
