Application Form Part A - Special Variation and Minimum Rate Increase - 2024-25

This form is to be completed by councils applying for:

• a special variation (SV) to general income for 2024-25 under section 508(2) or 508A of the Local Government Act 1993 (LG Act); or
• an increase to a minimum rate (MR) for 2024-25 above the statutory limit under s 548(3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (LG Act).

For 2024-25, an SV and MR Increase application is covered by a single Part A application form.
