On 29 November 2022, IPART held a public hearing for our Review of the NSW Rail Access Undertaking. Stakeholders discussed and asked questions about IPART’s draft recommendations on:
- Form of regulation
- Roles and responsibilities of the parties
- Non-pricing provisions
- Pricing provisions.
