Timing of IPART's Price reviews for NSW Office of Water and State Water Corporation

IPART has agreed to requests from both State Water Corporation and NSW Office of Water to defer schedule price reviews as bulk water reforms now underway could mean significant changes to their functions and associated costs.

The price review for State Water Corporation’s coastal valleys and some Fish River customers is now scheduled to take place during 2016/17 with new prices scheduled to apply from 1 July 2017.

The price review for the NSW Office of Water is scheduled to take place during 2015/16 with new prices scheduled to apply from 1 July 2016.

The current prices charged by the NSW Office of Water across NSW, and State Water Corporation outside of the Murray-Darling Basin, will remain in place until we make new price determinations. For further details, please refer to our Media Release.
