In this report the Centre for International Economics (CIE) has analysed the appropriateness of the wholesale discount that currently applies to water supplied by State Water to irrigation corporations and districts. The report describes the analysis that the CIE has undertaken, and its findings and conclusions. Submissions on this report must be received by no later than COB 27 March 2006.
