Review of Cost Sharing Ratios - Analysis in support of 2006 Bulk Water Price Review - Prepared for IPART by CIE

This report describes the Centre for International Economics’ analysis of the appropriate cost sharing ratios that should apply to each of DNR’s and State Water’s activities. This report will assist IPART in determining how efficient costs should be shared between extractive users (eg, irrigators) and Government (ie, on behalf of the community). Submissions on this report must be received by no later than COB 27 March 2006.
