The Determination is the legal instrument for our pricing decisions. The Determination for Hunter Water outlines the system-wide maximum prices for wholesale services provided by Hunter Water from 1 January 2018. It does not apply to schemes that operate a recycled water plant, or schemes that have a supply agreement or connection with Hunter Water before 1 January 2018.
